We are living longer than ever before as a society. As a result we are continuously seeking new ways to turn back the clock when it comes to skin care and younger looking skin. One thing that is often overlooked in this search for the fountain of youth in a bottle is the impact that your lifestyle can have on your skin.
There are many things that we do each and every day that have a serious impact on the ability of our skin to renew and regenerate. So what are the top 5 lifestyle adjustments can you make in order to maintain the glow of youth even when the years of your youth have passed you by?
1. Avoid the Sun
Sun exposure is one of the leading culprits when it comes to aging. The lighter your natural skin tone is the greater the impact of the sun on your skin will be. Those with naturally dark skin are often less damaged by sun exposure though they are not immune to the damaging effects that UVA and UVB rays can cause to skin. The primary damage is done because the sun destroys the collagen and elastin that give skin its elasticity and firmness. Avoid exposing your skin to the sun in order to prolong that firm youthful look that many women (and men) spend countless dollars trying to recreate.
2. Keep it Clean
Cleaning your face is a great way to present a fresh palette to the world but it also happens to be an ideal method for preventing the onset of many signs of aging. In fact, it is a good idea to wash your face in the morning and at night in order to have the greatest impact.
3. Exfoliate
There are many exfoliating products on the market and you may be wondering how this helps prevent the signs of aging when you are already washing your face twice daily. Exfoliation removes dead skin, dirt, and other reside (such as left over makeup) that lurks beneath the skin's surface.
4. Diet
The foods you eat have a greater impact on your skin than most people ever realize. There are many foods that without a doubt promote skin health, which often translates into beauty. A healthy diet that includes a nice variety of fruits and vegetables (that are Vitamin C and antioxidant rich) can make a world of difference in the quality of your skin.
5. Anti Aging Wrinkle Cream
Finally, use a good anti aging cream or anti wrinkle cream that will reverse signs of wrinkles, lines and puffiness. There are a few great ones around that will do the job and give you the best results. So do your research and find that the one that gives both immediate as well as long term results.
So there you go.
Make these lifestyle adjustments and see how dramatic the difference in your skin will be after a few short weeks of these positive changes. You will have people asking you in no time whether you've found the fountain of youth or some other beauty secret.

Women and Network Business - How Women Can Thrive and Excel in Network Marketing Businesses
Network marketing businesses are either legal or scam. When a network marketing business requires you to buy costly packages, but earns you less, it is often a scam. When it is otherwise, it is legal.
Despite the spread of networking scams, network marketing businesses still thrive because of quality products, good incentives, flexible working time and affordable investment.
The common products who worked around the network marketing are beauty, health, clothing and underwear, kitchenwares and insurance. Except insurances, those products were often small and medium home-based businesses that target women market.
Network marketing businesses primarily worked around these products because these were household and feminine products that women often needed. Moreover, women were empowered to work beyond housekeeping and earn extra household income.
So, Tupperware, Avon and Amway grabbed this feminized market and pioneered the network marketing business. Tupperware invited housewives in "Tupperware" parties to showcase plastic kitchen wares. Tupperware now becomes a household name for kitchen wares. Avon also did. They recruited women distributors to sell beauty products and later underwears and apparels. Amway capitalized on healthy lifestyle. They also started with women distributors because women, mostly mothers and husbands, were concern of the health of their children and husband.
These three companies did not only offer incentives, but also campaigns to empower women, to polarized their network. The companies supported women and health-related causes. Their campaigns were so effective that some men and senior citizens now also sell Tupperware and Amway, respectively. Their success also inspired more companies to manufacture more beauty, health, clothing and underwear and kitchenware. Forever Living and Sara Lee followed similarly.
But as their respective industry grew and internet was accessible, the industries reinvented their network marketing businesses. They jumped in online multi-level marketing and recruited more distributors through the internet. They built their own websites and sometimes did email marketing.

Women and Menopause - Discovering the First Symptoms
Women And Menopause: At Glance
Menopause is an essential part of all women's life. Women and menopause cannot be taken apart. Women face many complications during this process which are determined by several internal and external factors.
Menopause is defined as that period in a woman's life when she losses her power to reproduce due to the discontinuation of her menstrual cycle. In fact, the word literally stands for the termination of the monthly cycle, having its origin in the Greek words meno and pausis, which means month and halt respectively. Humans and mammals go through the same process.
Women and menopause
Menopause is a part of the natural process of a woman's life. This phenomenon occurs with age as the ovaries slowly become unproductive, generating lower quantity of hormones-estrogen and progesterone. This takes away a woman's power to become pregnant.
The average age for menopause varies from woman to woman. In some women, it can happen prematurely around the mid-thirties and in some it can get delayed till the age of sixty. The average age for this process to start is roughly around fifty-two. If you do not have periods for an entire year, then you can say that you have had menopause.
Women and menopause cannot be differentiated and this process cannot be considered as a medical problem like an illness or a disease. It is a natural process which every woman goes through. Nevertheless, some women have a hard time during the process.
Premature menopause:
As mentioned earlier that the time for menopause varies from person to person influenced by various physical factors. Menopause occurring below the age of forty is known as premature menopause. Premature menopause can also happen as a result of medical treatments like chemotherapy or radiotherapy. This can be very depressing for those who plan to have children late in life.
There are many symptoms of menopause but it also differs from person to person. Few women have only moderate symptoms while others might have severe symptoms.
Menstrual irregularities:
The most glaring sign is the irregularity of the menstrual cycle or the change in the density of the blood.
Night sweats:
A sensation of heat spreading throughout the body from chest to the face, accompanied by nausea and sweating is called night sweats. They last for about thirty seconds to five minutes. Alcohol, anxiety and hot spicy food can exacerbate these feelings.
Sleep disturbances:
Night sweats are the primary reason for sleep disturbances. Women try to adjust their clothes according to their body temperature which causes a disturbance during sleep. This can result in sleepless night for many.
Genital changes:
The reduction in hormones inflow during menopause causes the vagina tissues to thin. This leads to vaginal dryness. Bacterial infections can also occur.
Urinary problems:
Infection in the urinary tract as a result of menopause is very common. The symptoms for this disease include frequent urination and a strong odor in the urine.

What is the Cause of Hair Loss in Women and Can Anything Be Done About It?
Although predominantly thought of as a male problem, hair loss in women is quite a common occurrence. In fact it is thought that as many as 1 in 4 women suffer from some kind of hair loss or thinning hair; and while for men although it can be embarrassing, for women it can have a devastating effect as hair plays such a big part in how a woman presents herself to the world. But, what is the cause of hair loss in women?
The first area that could be the cause could be lifestyle. If you are experiencing thinning hair take a step back and look at how things are going; are you under a lot of pressure or feeling stressed? What about your diet are you eating plenty of fruit and veg to ensure you are getting all the vitamins you need? If not then this may be the place you should start looking at first before taking any other action.
Another area to consider is the way you wear your hair, do you often have it tied back tightly, or use a lot of bleach or other such chemicals on your hair? That could be behind it too, as could the shampoo that you use especially if it contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate. This works as a cleanser and a degreaser but can actually thin your hair as well.
If none of the above are really applicable then your thinning hair is probably the caused by one of the following two things:-
I)Hormones - If you are going through the menopause or have been unfortunate enough to have to undergo a hysterectomy then hormones can play a huge part in thinning hair. The reason for this is because your body is producing less estrogen: normally you will produce both estrogen and testosterone but the estrogen acts like a barrier and keeps the testosterone under control, however without that barrier it is free to roam around the body and can become DHT which effects the roots in your scalp.
II)Hereditary - As well as men becoming bald through their genes, so can women and the genes can be passed down from either parent and this leaves you with what is known as androgenetic alopecia which is basically hereditary thinning.
So can anything be done to help restore the hair? Well in the case of menopausal women sometimes HRT can help but other than that a common route is either a transplant or a weave which are both expensive and painful. However it is now becoming recognized that there are natural alternatives that can help not only stop the heir thinning but also help to kick start hair growth, and these are things like Minoxidil, vitamins B6, magnesium and folic acid to name but a few, and the results from people using supplements containing these vitamins minerals and herbs are very encouraging.

Diet Plan For Women and Men - All Day Eating You Both Can Agree With
A diet plan for women and men doesn't have to separate them to different menus. Woman store more fat than men and men have more muscle than women. These differences don't mean that they cannot eat the same thing to lose weight. Metabolic types differ but many things in this instance can work to the advantage of both men and women. Women naturally will want to decrease their portion size as opposed to a man's, but they can still enjoy the same things together. If you and your partner are eating together then that gives you some incentive to spice up your meal plans outside of the ordinary.
When men and women want to lose weight, they have similar needs. They both must watch what they eat, and they both must boost their metabolism. This can't be done in a wise and healthy fashion if your environment is filled with foods that have made you overweight in the past.
Couples are doing this together have an advantage. The support group is small but it is there, when two partners are working towards the same goal. Men and women have different tastes, but there is plenty of room available for common ground. Talk with one another to decide what will come into the home and what will go. Create an environment that will support these lifestyle changes.
Women and men will disagree on choices here and there but essentially must focus on feeding their metabolism. By firing up your metabolism multiple times a day, you will work to burn the fat off for men and women. One thing that is unanimously agreed upon is the presence of progress.
Plan your meals together. Bring in lean proteins that you both enjoy. Certain seafoods that are aphrodisiacs contain protein and can excite couples, and can be used to construct effective meal plans. Healthy complex carbs, whole grains, healthy "good fat" choices, vegetables, and leafy greens must be used to create schedules that you both can follow.
Get together with you partner to schedule having protein throughout the day. Create your meals together. If you are eating the same things together you make it easier on each other. When you have one focus and one meal together you are working to simplify your lives and burn fat all at once.
Men may want to want to eat meat all day, and women may not. You should always keep things in good measure. Fellas should try and compromise and have other proteins like nuts for those "in between" snacks. Separate your meals three hours apart. Place veggies and fruits in all your meals. Creating plans like these will leave little room for things like fast food and junk. Have sweet potatoes for your carbs for lunch, and dress up your red potatoes at dinner time, just watch the toppings carefully.
